An old villa in the heart of Porto Sant'Elpidio.
The project was commissioned by the Italian writer, journalist and physician Antonio Conte, a man of great culture who served as Italian consul in Bordeaux in the early 1900s, where he befriended the Italian poet Gabriele d'Annunzio. In this exceptional piece of liberty architecture, he welcomed numerous artists and writers of the time and hosted elegant events for Italian high society.
The property includes a beautiful garden, a stone well, an arbor with a seating area, there is a place for a swimming pool.
