The house was rebuilt from the ruins in the 60's, and in 1992 current owner made a full renovation. Each floor has a separate apartment. On a plot of 21 hectares there are three buildings with an area of 350 m².
Interior
Lower floor — four rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, storage rooms.
Upper floor — a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large terrace.
Location and nearby infrastructure
Piombino surroundings are considered one of the most picturesque places on the coast of Tuscany. The city is located on the shore of the Tyrrhenian Sea, opposite the Island of Elba. Here you can find many historical sights. Beaches have been awarded with the Blue Flag.
