This 16th century monastery is located on the hills surrounding Todi, in a panoramic and peaceful position. The last renovation of the convent dates back to the seventies and eighties and the complex needs major structural consolidation and renovation. The convent is surrounded by a well-kept garden bordered by stone walls that guarantee good privacy. Next to the monastery is the 12×6 m swimming pool, designed in 1990.
The church of Sant'Angelo 204 m², now deconsecrated, has been converted into a fascinating painting studio with the old sacristies attached, which have also been transformed into studios and warehouses.
The old rectory 600 m² located next to the church unfolds over three floors. On the ground floor are the entrance and some warehouses. Going up the first floor you reach an apartment consisting of a large living room, kitchen with dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor, in the attic that then extends above the church, some rooms have been created for laboratory and study use with a small terrace 12 m².
The old monks' cells have been converted into 2 pretty independent houses, both structured on one floor. Cell A 53 m² consists of a central entrance that connects the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Cell B 61 m² has the same identical layout as the previous one, except for a small technical room with independent access.
