The villa is structured on two levels and is currently divided into two independent apartments, one on each floor. The building dates back to 1703, as evidenced by a visible engraving on one of the stones.
Apartment A on the ground floor. Entering through the main door you find yourself in a large and beautiful vaulted hall imaginatively divided into three rooms. On the short side to the west you exit into a welcoming loggia with an oven, while on the opposite side you enter a small reading room. At the back of the building, accessible through the door in the middle of the living room, you arrive at the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) and a laundry room.
Apartment B on the first floor can be reached via the external staircase that leads to a small loggia. The main door opens onto the living room with fireplace. A staircase goes up to the mezzanine. Beyond the living room, through two doors on either side of the fireplace, you come to the dining room with an open kitchen. At the four corners of the floor there are as many bedrooms, served by two bathrooms placed on opposite sides. A laundry room completes the apartment.
