Amaala is a luxury residential development that will be built along the Red Sea coast in north-western Saudi Arabia. This 4,000 km² destination offers exciting experiences for every taste — including sea and sun, sports, art and culture. The project developer is The Red Sea Global (RSG).
The first phase of Amaala's development focuses on the Triple Bay hotel masterplan, which will offer approximately 1,300 rooms across eight hotels. The first part of this complex will be opened in 2024. When completed in 2027, Amaala will feature more than 3,000 hotel rooms across 25 hotels and 943 luxury residential villas, as well as high-end retail and dining outlets, a yacht club, health and entertainment venues.
Sustainability is a top priority for the Amaala project, which is located within the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Nature Reserve. Only 5% of the area will be used for the project, the rest will be kept in its natural state to protect the diverse ecosystems and local culture. In addition, Amaala will be powered entirely by renewable energy and have a zero carbon footprint.
Don't miss the chance to invest in a new project. Tranio is already accepting preliminary applications.
