One of our sea view villas for sale in Cullera Valencia is located in the large coastal town of Cullera, and just 10 minutes walk from the beach. This is a well built terraced house, a chance to own one of our coastal villas for sale in Spain! The architectural design of this building means that each of the seven terraced houses in this block have their own private terrace spaces both at the front and the back of the property. You have a door intercom entry system at the front then you pass up two small sets of stairs where you then come to the spacious private front terrace at the entrance. You pass in to the house where you have a reception hallway which distributes to the fully fitted kitchen on the left which has all modern electro-domestic appliance including a dishwasher and then you have a w. c. On the right hand side. There is a large lounge/dining room complete with patio doors taking you out on to a generously sized private rear terrace where you have a barbecue and direct access to the 9m x 4m communal swimming pool. This pool is shared only by six other neighbouring houses as part of this exclusive sea view development, complete with a spacious sun terrace surround and pool side shower. The lounge inside the property has a chimney, but the current owners have walled and rendered its opening as they felt that they did not need an open chimney as the property has good radiators which for them was much cleaner. However if you wanted to restore the chimney and install a fireplace again this would be very easy to do. The entire property has electric storage radiators in every room, all working efficiently on the low night time tariff. The property has quality carpentry on all of the doors and expensive tiling on the floors with the same tiling continued throughout, thus giving the property a very spacious feel. Double glazed windows are fitted throughout the property and all the windows have persianas (blinds) incorporated. The internal walls have been painted with high quality marble effect paint which is very hard wearing and you can just wipe with a cloth to clean. The outside walls have mono-capa (coloured concrete covering), making them also very hard wearing and resistant to the coastal weather. Upstairs on the first floor you have the master bedroom complete with its own en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. This main bedroom also has its own private balcony terrace accessed by patio doors. There is a family bathroom also on this floor and two further double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes. The fitted wardrobes in all of the bedrooms are excellent quality carpentry and have drawers incorporated in them also in the lower sections. Upstairs again to the second floor you have a large bedroom/spacious attic room complete with its own private balcony terrace. All of the terraces both front and back have spectacular sea views and with views of the town, mountains and clear views of the castle of Cullera on the top of the neighbouring hill. In the under build of this property at the front where the road is you also have your own private single garage which is an excellent additional feature to this lovely property. In the under build section at the rear of the house there is also a 60m² void area that currently only has a 1.5m head height. However some of the neighbouring houses have developed this rear under build area. One of the neighbours has created a gym and sauna in this space by picking out the ground to create the required head height, (this is an idea is you so desired, but the main property is already large as you would see for yourself). This is one of our very well presented villas for sale in Spain with spectacular sea views, close to the town and the beach is being sold fully furnished and has recently been reduced by 10.000 Euros.

      FAQs

      • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

      • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Cypriot passport by buying a property worth at least €2M.

      • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

      • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
