The property is licensed as a holiday home (VV), and is currently being exploited with great success, making it an ideal property for both living and investment.
The property is 10 kilometres from the village of Garachico, located in the northwest of the island. More than half of its territory is covered by Canarian pine trees, volcanic landscape and an ancient cliff that separates the historic centre from the midlands. Garachico has a rich and well-preserved architectural heritage. It also has a recently built marina next to the historic centre, which coexists with black sandy beaches and small cliffs. The natural swimming pools of El Caletón, one of the most popular bathing areas, are worth mentioning.
