Taxes

The United Arab Emirates have a very favourable tax regime. There are no purchase, annual real estate, capital gains, inheritance and gift nor income or corporate taxes for individuals and companies. UAE residents and non-residents are treated equally.

Utility bills

Utility bills for an 85 sq m apartment in the UAE are $130 per month on average. In Dubai owners pay approximately $150.
