A big house with four bedrooms, a garden and a double garage. The living area includes a main building and a guest house, which was built in 2004. The house allows you to live there for several generations or partly rent it: the first and second floors of the house can be used as separate apartments.
At the moment, both apartments are rented out, but shortly they will be available for accommodation. It is possible to speed up the process by paying the required amount of money to tenants. Property owners are living currently in the guest house.
The facade is painted with a paint with ”lotus effect“. All terraces are made of polished granite. The garden is really beautiful, next to a terrace of the guest house there is a fountain. A double garage (8x7 m) is equipped with automatic gates. Additionally there are 4 more parking spaces.
The house is built of high-quality wood materials and is equipped with Gutex isolation. The roof also has a wood insulation 18 cm thick, which ensures lower power consumption.

Six administrative regions of Hohentengen in Baden-Württemberg are situated between the mountain range and the Rhine directly along the Swiss border. The Günzgen district, where the house is located, is one of them and is located next to the Swiss commune Wasterkingen.
