The main designers have framed their construction using the natural topography of the land which develops gently from Gialova to the hill of 13000 m² that will create the 450 m² villa. These are highly individualised constructions where the owner in direct collaboration with the architectural office will be able to capture their personality in the interior decoration of the home. The design and architecture are fully in line with the traditional architectural plans of the area. The principles of sustainable design are at the heart of the architectural approach ensuring that the overall design is not only energy efficient but also helps to revitalize the landscape of the area. There are four different types of villas from which a buyer can choose and in collaboration with the architectural office can select from a rich organic palette of materials to create a seamless relationship between the building and the landscape in full harmony. All villas are designed to maximize exposure to the magnificent views of the Navarinou Bay from every room and area of the home. The living room is open to the outside creating a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor. The 80 m² pool is located on the same level, in front of the living room mazimising all the senses and the overall experience of living in such a space. With a variation of the designs depending on the morphology of the soil and the customer's preference, it allows one to choose between four different designs.
