Puerto de Santiago is a small resort town with several beaches located in the southwest of Tenerife. In recent years, the city is often chosen by tourists for wintering in Tenerife.
The main attractions are the cliffs of the Teno massif — Los Gigantes cliffs that rise above the ocean to a height of 600 m, a fishing museum that tells about the history and development of fishing skills, as well as the cleanest beaches of Playa Chica, Los Gios and Playa de la Arena covered with black volcanic sand.
