Elegant residential complex on the banks of the Seine in Puteaux, Ile-de-France, France

Overlooking the Quai Dion-Bouton and the waters of the Seine, this is a classicist architectural ensemble of extraordinary elegance and rational sophistication. From studios to five-room duplexes, the apartments are designed to meet the highest demands in terms of comfort and respect for the environment. The privileged orientation and double exposure in most cases provide spaces flooded with natural light. The living room combined with the kitchen is a wonderful place to spend pleasant moments, while the bedrooms, well separated, preserve the tranquility of each. On the upper floors, there are family apartments with magnificent outdoor terraces offering a breathtaking view of the Bois de Boulogne, Paris or the cityscape of La Défense.

Most of the apartments have a spacious outdoor space, allowing you to take full advantage of the natural environment offered by the residence. From the very beginning, the reception garden sets the tone. Stone paths are lined with plants of various colors and scents. In the very center of the block is a large garden. On the upper floor, nature continues in deep flower beds or on roofs dedicated to preserving biodiversity.
