New complex with parking and shops in the center of Tbilisi, Georgia

The building has one entrance and consists of 77 apartments. Floors −1, 1, 2, and 3 are allocated to open and covered parking spaces (parking units are not yet available for sale). The 4th floor features a lobby with a 6-meter ceiling height, as well as commercial and office spaces. Residential units begin from the 5th floor (the first residential level). The building has a total of 16 floors, of which 12 are residential. The recreational area covers 1,200 m². The smallest available apartment is 40.7 m² with a Mziuri view. These units are available from the 5th residential floor.

One-bedroom apartments:

• Khiliani square view: 56.7 m² and 58.3 m²
• Mziuri park view: 66 m²

Two-bedroom apartments:

• Mziuri park view: 116.1 m² and 88.7 m²
• Khiliani square view: 86.5 m²

The structural framework (monolith) was completed in December. The following works have also been completed: blockwork, plastering, water and gas piping, fire protection systems, electrical installations, curtain wall glazing, floor screeding, window installation, railings, entrance doors, and the finishing of balconies and stairwells. Currently, the bridge finishing works and elevator testing are in progress.
