New complex of villas with a spa center and hotel services, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

The complex consists of 13 villas with 2 bedrooms. Contemporary architecture imbued with Balinese spirit and reliable quality. Classic triangular roofs are transformed into minimalist shapes with exquisite proportions. Panoramic windows, glass blocks, warm plaster, and dark tiled roofs create an authentic yet elegant look.

The project features a spa center (around-the-clock reception, cafe, 2 saunas, hamam, ice baths, recreation area, massage rooms, roof-top meditation and yoga spaces) and offers hotel services for residents.

Completion — 4th quarter of 2027.

One of the project's key features is its cascading plot, which allows almost all villas to enjoy open views of the jungle. An additional feature is a suspension bridge over the river, which, once approved, will connect the project to the new paddle court. Mornings here feature mist over the water, the gentle murmur of the river, and absolute tropical tranquility.
