First-class, resort-style condominium with 5 swimming pools, 750 m from Bang Tao Beach, Phuket, Thailand

The complex features 5 swimming pools: in the inner courtyard, along the building’s outer perimeter, and on the rooftop. With one pool for every 50 apartments, you are guaranteed plenty of available sun loungers and a peaceful atmosphere by the water, even during the high season. The following layout types are available:

• studio, 24–30 m²
• 1-bedroom, 34–46 m²
• 2-bedroom, 52–72 m²

Each balcony features its own mini-garden. The irrigation system operates automatically: sensors monitor moisture levels and rainfall, while water for irrigation is collected during downpours. Outdoor air-conditioning units and washing machines are concealed behind wooden slats. All that remains visible on the facade are smooth white lines and greenery. Ground-floor apartments have their own access to the swimming pool and higher ceilings. The building is designed for a tropical climate:

• Open-air corridors allow for natural ventilation, preventing stuffiness and dampness.
• Rainwater is collected for automated irrigation.
• Humidity and rain sensors determine when to water.
• The swimming pool in the courtyard glows like the night sky.
