New project South Garden with swimming pools, a zen garden and around-the-clock security, Jebel Ali Village, Dubai, UAE

Imagine a space, where life in a city South Garden takes brand-new dimensions, and every day is full of feeling of harmony, tranquility and inspiration. It will be South Garden — a new phase of Wasl Gate project, located in the heart of the dynamic area of Jebel Ali. This project epitomizes a modern oasis, created for those, who appreciate the balance between urban activity and seclusion in the midst of nature. Studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms are available. Finishing is made using quality materials: refined tiles, moisture-resistant coatings, elegant doors, modern cooling systems, and smart solutions for security and control. Every detail here is thought-out in such a way that life is extremely comfortable.

New D and E buildings continue the architectural concept of South Garden. Spaces are full of natural light, and carefully thought-out layout elements ensure privacy and comfort. There is a covered zen garden available only for residents in the heart of the complex — the real corner of tranquility, where you can walk among lush greenery, listen to the smooth noise of the water, relax in the shade of trees, or spend time with your loved ones. This garden is created to give inspiration, silence and opportunity to recharge the batteries without leaving your home.
