Holloway Park is a large-scale regeneration scheme on the former Holloway Prison site at Parkhurst Road, N7, delivered by Peabody and London Square with planning permission granted by Islington Council in 2022. The 10-acre development is designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) and will deliver 985 homes across 15 architecturally distinct buildings in three phases, with first completions expected in 2027. The scheme is 60% affordable, comprising social rent, shared ownership, and an extra-care block of 60 homes. Amenities include a 1.4-acre public park, a Women's Building providing community support services, local retail on Parkhurst Road, and a skills and training hub.
