The Vabel Lawrence is a new-build development on Lawrence Road in Seven Sisters, N15., completed in 2023. The scheme comprises 69 residential units across seven storeys — Phase I — with six commercial units at ground level, plus a second adjacent phase of 71 further apartments. The buildings draw on the area's industrial character through stepped brickwork and black metal-framed windows referencing warehouse architecture. All apartments include balconies. Seven Sisters underground station (Victoria line) is a 7-minute walk, with an 8-minute journey to King's Cross and 25 minutes to Oxford Circus.
