Bermondsey Place is a new-build development. on a 5.4-acre former light industrial site on Malt Street in Bermondsey, SE1, launched in March 2025. The scheme will deliver approximately 1,300 homes across multiple buildings including The Art Mill, a 14-storey structure, with around 40% of all homes designated affordable.
