Ransome's Wharf is a new-build residential development on a 1.6-acre riverside site at 27–33 Parkgate Road in Battersea SW11,. The scheme of five buildings ranging from four to nine storeys was designed by MSMR Architects, with interior architecture by Echlin, and is targeted for completion in 2028. The 118 apartments — one to four bedrooms across 94 private and 24 affordable homes — reflect the brick aesthetic of historic dockside warehouses along Ransome's Dock.
