In our experience, the fastest transactions occur in the UAE — currently one of the most technologically advanced markets with land legislation specifically designed for foreigners. In Cyprus, registration will take 1–2 months, in Greece — from 3 months.

    In some countries, such as Thailand, transaction registration at the land department occurs after the property is commissioned. Signing a purchase agreement with a developer in Thailand takes from two weeks to a month, while registration at the land department takes no more than a week.
