Land plot 1,021 m² in Rabac

On the southeastern coast of Istria, where green hills meet the sea, where nature and heritage unite, just five kilometers apart are two towns with different but complementary characters — Labin and Rabac. Rabac, due to its white pebble beaches, rich Mediterranean vegetation and crystal clear and clear sea, has been called the pearl of Kvarner. Once a small fishing village, today Rabac is an attractive tourist destination that hides an abundance of cultural events in its network of picturesque streets. The green surroundings of Rabac and the picturesque hinterland invite you to adventure, exploration and recreation throughout the year. Not far from Rabac and Labin, in a small village by the sea, there is a plot of land for sale with a permit and a sea view. The uniqueness of this property is reflected in its attractive location and visual exposure. The land holds Kvarner in its palm — Rijeka on the left, Cres in front and the islands of Zeča and Unije and the indented coast of eastern Istria on the right. The land is relatively regular in shape, the terrain is gently sloping and water, electricity and telephone connections are located near the land. The land is in the process of obtaining a building permit for the construction of a residential building with a swimming pool. The project envisages the construction of an attractive villa of 192.15 m², which extends over two floors. Due to its microlocation, configuration, proper ownership and documentation, this land with a stunning view of the sea offers an exceptional opportunity for the construction of a family home or holiday home. The seller of the property in question is a legal entity and the stated price does not include VAT.
