Exquisite villa with a pool, a spa, a cinema room and sea views in Mougins, Côte d'Azur, France

A beautiful contemporary villa located in a prestigious sector of Mougins. It was built on 2130 m² of prime land, in a dominant position, and with its southwest aspect its views across the Mediterranean from the Esterel Hills to the Iles de Lerins are stupendous. The uniquely styled villa has been constructed using only the highest quality materials, on three levels. There is a salt-water heated swimming pool with a spacious and fun pool-house, a waterfall, and the possibility to create an independent 2 roomed apartment in a green environment complete with olive trees. There is also the possibility to add a tennis court as the plot is large and lends itself to it, if the owners wish to.
