The apartment is located in the suburb of Batumi resort Makhinjauri on Tamar Mepe Avenue 14, on the 15th floor of a 15-storey building, in a new unique project on the territory of a former balneological resort! Excellent high-quality Euro renovation has been done using expensive modern materials — zone underfloor heating, sound insulation, panoramic triple-glazed windows, autonomous heating, powerful air conditioning system. The apartment is fully equipped with beautiful furniture and high-quality premium appliances, perfectly integrated into the design. There are all the necessary conditions for a comfortable life, vacation or rental — a large bright studio-type living room with access to a spacious balcony, two separate cozy bedrooms, a compact kitchen of 15 sq. m., a spacious hallway and a bathroom.

The house has a hall with a modern interior, an elevator, underground and above-ground parking. The complex's internal infrastructure includes its own SPA center with saunas, a fitness room, shops and other commercial facilities.

The new building is a new premium residential complex 30 meters from the sea and the beach. It is located between the mountain slopes and the sea among perennial pines and endemic plants. The Mziuri Wellness complex will be built here soon. The area has developed infrastructure, transport interchanges, pharmacies, sports and playgrounds, shops, kindergartens and schools, cafes and restaurants.
