The apartment is located in the suburb of Batumi resort Makhinjauri on Tamar Mepe Avenue 14, on the 6th floor of a 15-storey building, in a new unique project on the territory of a former balneological resort! Excellent high-quality Euro renovation has been done using expensive modern materials — zone underfloor heating, sound insulation, panoramic triple-glazed windows, autonomous heating, powerful air conditioning system. The apartment is fully equipped with beautiful furniture and high-quality premium appliances, perfectly integrated into the design. The new building is a new premium residential complex 30 meters from the sea and the beach. It is located between the mountain slopes and the sea among perennial pines and endemic plants. A wellness complex will be built here soon. The area has developed infrastructure, transport interchanges, pharmacies, sports and playgrounds, shops, kindergartens and schools, cafes and restaurants…
