1-bedroom apartment in new building 40 m² in Gudauri

Project Information

The plan is to build several dozen aparthotels, create a full-fledged recreational infrastructure, and systematically develop the surrounding area to provide even more opportunities for active recreation year-round.

Where is the complex located?

The complex is just an hour and a half drive from Tbilisi, making it accessible even for an active day trip. Situated at an altitude of over 2,000 meters above sea level, the panoramic views are stunning year-round. Although many consider this resort solely a ski resort, it's interesting to spend time here even after the snow melts from the mountain peaks. In summer, the area offers excellent conditions for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding.

Project Features

The aparthotel was designed and built according to the concept of mountain architecture. This means that the building blends seamlessly into the natural landscape and harmoniously integrates with the surrounding area. The hotel is five stories tall. During construction, special attention was paid to environmental friendliness and seismic resistance. Brick, wood, and aluminum panels were used for the facade cladding. Transparent balcony railings and huge panoramic windows in dark frames further enhance the exterior.

The complex, which will include this aparthotel in Gudauri, will feature a full-fledged infrastructure. It includes:

Modern gondola lift

Restaurants and cafes

Shops

Spa center, fitness center, swimming pools

Equipment rentals

The complex features a lobby, underground parking, a restaurant, and storage space. Security and concierge services are provided.
