The house was completely rebuilt from scratch, thus ensuring the quality and comfort of a new building inside a traditionally-looking shell. Measuring about 290 m², inclusive of a 30 m² panoramic pergola, the house develops on 2 floors.

The property is surrounded by a 3.300 m² garden, with outstanding panoramic views over the multicoloured rolling hills of region Marche. It’s been recently planted with 45 olive trees, which will soon produce an excellent organic olive oil, thanks to the position of the property, which is reached by the sea breeze. The swimming pool measures 9x4 m and it’s positioned south-east, so basically it’s always in the sun. The tiled terrace all around, lets you place sunbeds to get a perfect tan.

Close to the house there’s an outbuilding, partly arranged as a carport, partly as a summer kitchen by the pool and partly as a room with private bathroom, that you may arrange as a playroom/hobby room, a studio or you may add a bed. The summer kitchen is the perfect spot to prepare a quick meal or grill some meat and serve it by the pool, with no need to enter into the main home.
