It is allowed to build permanent houses with an area of up to 250 m² on a plot of 1000 m², + auxiliary facilities (garage, sauna, summer kitchen, warehouse, workshop, etc.) As an exception, it is allowed to build a house of up to 100 m² on a smaller plot (from 600 m²).
