The plot is located in the south-eastern part of the city (at a distance of 1000 m from the road leading to the ski center) on the outskirts, in a very quiet place, on the slopes of the mountains. Only 15 minutes walk to the train station, market, restaurants, supermarkets.
Distance to the center of Kolasin — 1500 m, of which about 300 m on a dirt road. There is also a second road leading to the upper part of the plot, from there to the asphalt only 150 meters.
