The seller of plots is engaged in the production and construction of wooden and stone houses. He owns a large plot, divided into smaller ones, ranging from 600 to 1000 m². In this location, the construction of houses with an area of 80 to 150 m² is allowed, and on some plots with an area of 1000 m² it is possible to build houses up to 250 m².
The essence of the offer is that a contract is concluded with the seller to build a house according to your design on his plot. After the house is built, it becomes the property of the customer (together with the plot). The cost of building a wooden house is 750 euros/ m², a stone house is 1000 euros/ m². Land price 60 euros/ m².
Almost the entire area of the plot is occupied by a broad-leaved coniferous forest with large sunny meadows, springs and mountain streams. The plot is located on a hill, at an altitude of approximately 1120 m above sea level, offering panoramic views.
The land is located in the south-eastern part of the city, (at a distance of 1000 m from the road leading to the ski center), in a very quiet place, on the slopes of the mountains. A 15–20 minute walk from the train station, market, restaurants, supermarkets.
