Farm in Las Galletas

Just a few minutes from Los Cristianos Beach is this large estate, with excellent road access and regular urban and/or intercity bus lines less than 1 km from the estate. Most of its land is dedicated to banana cultivation, but avocados, mangoes, and other subtropical crops are also grown. The 150,000 m² greenhouses have approximately 143,000 m² of banana plantation and 8,700 m² of fruit production. There are 840 m² of roads and 7,400 m² of unproductive land, with approximately 800 m² of built area in total. The buildings:

• There are two houses: one with two floors and the other with three. The larger house can be divided into two apartments, as they have independent entrances. On the ground floor is the garage, irrigation head, and storage area, approximately 130 m². The irrigation head carries the fertilizer application tanks, an irrigation controller with mobile control, an automatic ring filtration station, a piloted water meter, and a 30 HP electric pressure pump with a frequency converter.
• Upstairs are two apartments: one with two bedrooms and one bathroom, with 168 m² of built area on the first floor, and another, on the second floor, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a total of 145 m².
• The second house has approximately 52 m² on the ground floor, where the offices are located, and a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, approximately 62 m².
• A phytosanitary room for the two pumping units for applying phytosanitary products, with their separate tanks and blowers, and a storage area for the products.
• A facility for farm staff as a rest area during work and with two restrooms and changing rooms (men’s and women’s).
• A horse stable with four stalls, a warehouse, and an outdoor paddock.
