The villa is located in a green urbanization on a hill opposite a small beautiful bay framed by rocks and pine trees for which the Costa Brava is so famous. An equipped beach is 7 minutes by car, as is a supermarket and a tourist area leading to the beach, filled with restaurants serving cuisines from different countries and bars, as well as souvenir and beach accessories shops, a pharmacy, a city center with a discos and entertainment area, and a casino. When descending to the bay there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, yacht and boat rental), restaurants (including the recently opened elegant Beach Club) and a children's playground on the beach. Within 10–15 minutes by car there is a water park, a children's Gnomo park and a dolphinarium. Within walking distance (10 minutes) there is a grocery store and a restaurant with a swimming pool, and a sports club.
