7-bedroom house 297 m² in Labin

On the southeastern coast of Istria, where green hills meet the sea, where nature and heritage unite, there are two towns of similar size with different but complementary characters — Labin and Rabac. The picturesque town of Labin rises on a 320-meter-high hill, only four kilometers from the white pebble beaches of Rabac. Interwoven with a rich history and mining that marked this area, Labin, which was briefly declared an independent republic, is today a fascinating city of contradictions; old and new, history and present, tourism and art. Not far from the town of Labin, there is a property with two detached stone houses for sale. It is located on the edge of the village with a view of the surrounding hills whose microlocation offers an authentic experience of a small Istrian town, intimacy and relief from every hectic effort and noise, and at the same time close enough to the town of Labin with a range of amenities and pebble beaches in Rabac. The detached house of approx. 240 m² extends through the ground floor, first floor and attic, and next to the house there is an indigenous cistern (water tank) of 20 m². The stone damas require adaptation in order to shine in their full glory. The house is located on a plot of 672 m², which is entirely located in a residential construction area. On the neighboring plot of 1,802 m², which is also entirely located in a residential construction area, a detached stone house of 57 m² was built, which requires complete adaptation. Across the street from the house are two agricultural plots of 845 m² and 358 m². The combination of lush greenery and traditional Istrian architecture of this property represents an excellent opportunity as an investment for tourist rental and/or housing.
