New two-storey house with a swimming pool in Nafplion, Peloponnese, Greece

In the picturesque village of Agios Andrianos, just ten minutes by car from the old town of Nafplio and only ten kilometers from the beaches of Karathona and Tolo with their crystal-clear waters, a stone-built detached house of 120 m² is offered for sale. The residence is under construction and is expected to be completed before the summer of 2026. The outdoor area features elegant stone walls, a parking space for one car, and a swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters. The construction is carried out with top-quality materials and attention to every detail, while the stonework and large openings highlight a character that combines traditional charm with modern aesthetics. In this small complex, four similar houses will be built, arranged in a star-shaped layout to ensure privacy and comfort for each owner. From the first-floor balcony, with its western orientation, one can enjoy breathtaking views of Nafplio’s Palamidi fortress and the green mountains surrounding the Argolic Gulf, as well as the most beautiful sunsets.
