Aumeisteri manor for sale
- Total area2,800 m²
- Land area75,000 m²
The buildings of Aumeisteri manor were formed between the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century, when a barn and a clock barn were built. Later, a stable, carriage, coachhouse and arena were built. The interior decoration of the second half of the 19th century has been partially preserved in the manor house — wooden ceilings in the dining room, parquet in the lobby and hall, as well as stoves.
In 1896, a luxurious manager's house was built in the Neo-Renaissance style, where the original interior decoration has been preserved and reconstructed. There was also a pavilion and a winter garden near the castle, which disappeared. Barns, a distillery, a water pumping station and a servant's house were built by the lake. The complex also includes a pub and a watermill, which used to produce electricity. In front of the manor house there is a parade yard with a roundabout, but behind the manor house there is a landscape park. The Aumeisteri manor complex includes a manor house with auxiliary buildings, a surrounding park, an installed pond and the manor manager's house. Until the agrarian reform of 1920, the manor house belonged to the Wolf family.
There is a guest house with 8 rooms, a sauna, a billiard room, a buffet hall. 143 km from Riga
