      Can a foreigner buy apartment in Toulouse?
      Currently, there are no restrictions for foreigners buying property in France. However, if you decided, for example, to buy property in Toulouse directly from the owner, you may face encumbrances, difficulties in proper registration and an inflated cost (sometimes the price is twice the price that can be offered to a French citizen).
