How much does property in Alanya cost?

In developed resort areas of Alanya, such as Mahmutlar, Oba, Kargicak, Demirtas, the cost of one-bedroom flats in new buildings starts from 120 thousand dollars, a more spacious flat with two bedrooms can be bought from 150 thousand dollars. A small villa can be bought from 290 thousand dollars, large villas in elite resort complexes cost from 800 thousand dollars.

In more secluded areas like Avsallar, Gazipasha, and Payallar, prices are lower: small flats are sold from 76 thousand dollars.

How to choose a property in Alanya?

Many areas in Alanya are closed for residence permits: Mahmutlar, Kargicak, Kestel, and Avsallar. If you need a residence permit based on your property, choose open areas such as Oba or Gazipasa.
